Exec Rides AZ
These Terms and Conditions apply to transportation services provided by Exec Rides AZ. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger, luggage, and contact information when booking.
A reservation is considered confirmed after Exec Rides AZ provides booking confirmation.
2. Rates and Charges
Transportation rates are based on the trip details provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for:
- Additional stops
- Extended waiting time
- Parking or tolls
- Fuel surcharges
- Airport-related fees
- Requested trip changes
- Additional service time
Any applicable taxes or fees will be added according to the confirmed reservation.
Gratuity is optional unless otherwise stated in the confirmed quote or reservation.
3. Payment
Customers are responsible for paying the confirmed reservation amount and any authorized additional charges.
Payment may be collected through the payment methods accepted by Exec Rides AZ. A valid payment method may be required to secure a reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
For Sedan and SUV reservations, customers may cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
For Van and Sprinter reservations, customers must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
5. Reservation Changes
Customers should contact Exec Rides AZ as soon as possible when requesting changes to a reservation.
Changes involving the pickup date, pickup time, destination, additional stops, passenger count, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may change the final price.
6. Waiting Time
Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time. Additional waiting charges may apply when a driver must wait beyond the complimentary waiting period provided for the reservation.
Airport pickups may have different waiting-time rules depending on flight arrival and pickup arrangements.
7. Airport and Flight Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct airline and flight information.
Exec Rides AZ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate verified flight delays. Vehicle and driver availability may affect accommodations for significant schedule changes.
Customers should contact us when their flight details change.
8. Passenger and Luggage Information
Customers must provide an accurate passenger and luggage count when booking.
Exec Rides AZ may recommend or require a larger vehicle when the selected vehicle cannot reasonably accommodate the passengers and luggage.
A vehicle upgrade may result in an additional charge.
9. No-Shows
A passenger may be considered a no-show when they fail to appear at the agreed pickup location and cannot be reached within the applicable waiting period.
No-show reservations may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
10. Vehicle Availability
Exec Rides AZ will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested vehicle category. Operational circumstances may occasionally require a comparable vehicle substitution.
11. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave appropriately and follow reasonable driver instructions during transportation.
Smoking, illegal activity, intentional vehicle damage, and conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk are prohibited.
The customer may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs resulting from excessive mess or damage caused by passengers.
12. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Travel times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airport conditions, construction, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Exec Rides AZ will make reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time when delays result from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Lost or Forgotten Items
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. If an item is left inside a vehicle, customers should contact Exec Rides AZ as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return found items.
14. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be handled according to the applicable cancellation terms and circumstances of the reservation.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
15. Service Refusal
Exec Rides AZ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue transportation when necessary due to unlawful conduct, serious safety concerns, abusive behavior, or circumstances that make providing the service unreasonable or unsafe.
16. Privacy
Customer information collected during inquiries and reservations will be used for legitimate business purposes, including booking management, payment processing, customer communication, and transportation coordination.

17. SMS Terms of Use
By submitting your information on our Quote form, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Exec Rides AZ regarding quotes, reservations, trip updates, and transportation services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

18. Updates to These Terms
Exec Rides AZ may update these Terms and Conditions when business practices or legal requirements change. The terms applicable to a confirmed reservation will be determined according to the terms communicated or available when the reservation was made.
