Cancellation Policy
At Exec Rides AZ, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms before confirming your reservation.
Sedan & SUV Reservations
Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
Van & Sprinter Reservations
Van and Sprinter reservations require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation without a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
No-Shows
If the passenger does not arrive at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact Exec Rides AZ, the reservation may be considered a no-show and may be charged the full reservation amount.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup time, date, location, vehicle type, or passenger count are subject to availability and may result in a fare adjustment.
Refunds
When a cancellation qualifies for a refund under this policy, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
Flight Delays
For airport transportation, customers should provide accurate flight information. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate verified flight delays. Significant schedule changes remain subject to vehicle and driver availability.
